Gazprombank says cuts stake in Mechel to zero from 9.35%
MOSCOW, Sep 17 (PRIME) -- Russian bank Gazprombank reduced its stake in metals and mining company Mechel to zero from 9.35% on September 6, the bank said in a statement on Friday.
No further details were provided.
Before September 6, Chairman of Mechel’s board of directors Igor Zyuzin and members of his family controlled 51.54% of the company’s common shares, while free float amounted to 39.38% of common shares.
